Indicative timing
Delivery normally takes an indicative 24–48 hours after processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, and may vary due to destination, courier operations, weekends, holidays, weather or exceptional demand.

Address accuracy
Provide the recipient’s full name, street, building number, postcode, city, province and a reachable telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or failed delivery.
Parcel condition
Where possible, inspect the external packaging when it arrives. If visible damage is present, note it with the courier and photograph the package before opening.
