Fourteen-day period
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to notify us
Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement communicating your decision to withdraw:

You may state: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following goods,” followed by the order details, customer name, address and date.
Returning the goods
After notification, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days, following the instructions supplied by support. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us, direct return costs are borne by the consumer.
Reimbursement
We will reimburse amounts due under applicable law, including standard delivery costs where required. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions
The right may not apply in cases established by law, including certain personalised goods, rapidly deteriorating goods, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
