Return conditions
- Return the product complete with supplied accessories and documentation.
- Use suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.
- You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or incorrect goods
Contact support promptly and provide photographs of the packaging, product and shipping label where possible. Keep all materials until instructions are provided.
Refund process
Where a refund is due, it will be processed after the returned goods have been received and checked, in accordance with applicable law. Banking or payment-provider processing times may apply.
